The client in Pirkanmaa seeks a motivated electrical supervisor at the start of their career for diverse electrical supervision tasks. The position offers a great opportunity to grow into a responsible role with the support of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or early-career electrical and automation engineering professional who wants to develop their skills in site leadership. The projects are located in the Pirkanmaa region and include line renovations, hall, and premises projects. The job involves daily project leadership, schedule management, and supporting installers on sites. Start date is between August and September according to the agreement. Responsibilities include electrical contracting supervision in varied sites, coordinating site schedules and progress, collaborating with installers, customers and other stakeholders, coordinating materials and resources, and ensuring quality and safety on sites. Requirements include electrical and automation engineering education, motivation to develop into electrical supervision, proactive and responsible work attitude, good interpersonal and collaboration skills, and organizational ability with interest in project leadership. Prior experience with electrical installations and valid professional licenses are a plus.
