For our service team at the Ruhstorf site, we seek motivated support. Responsibilities include technical responsibility for complex repair cases on generators and electrical machines (including fault analysis and root cause identification), planning, coordination and execution of demanding field deployments worldwide, development of repair concepts, technical statements, risk analyses and offer support, technical support to workshop, service and project teams, ensuring quality standards and technical guidelines, development and documentation of repair and testing processes, creation of technical reports, work instructions and service documents, conducting trainings for internal staff and service partners. Requirements include a completed technical training with further qualification as master craftsman or technician, several years of experience in electrical machines/generators, service, repair or maintenance, strong knowledge in fault diagnosis and analysis, field service and customer support experience, good command of MS Office and ERP systems, good German and English, willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%), we offer tariff-based compensation, 30 vacation days, health care benefits, academy development, and more.
