A versatile customer service, sales and marketing role. We are looking for someone proactive, service-minded and collaborative, who thrives in varying workdays. The hotel reception and our restaurant form a unified unit, so you will work closely with the entire staff. You should have a positive, solution-oriented attitude, enjoy meeting customers, and be able to stay on top of things even in busy periods. Independence is valued, but so is teamwork. To succeed in the role you need: good customer service and interpersonal skills; a sales mindset and interest in developing the business; organizational skills and initiative; flexibility for varied tasks; fluent Finnish and English; willingness to work evenings and weekends. Previous experience in hotel reception, restaurant, sales, marketing or supervisory roles is an asset, but attitude and willingness to learn are at least as important as a complete list of previous experience.
