Creator Partnerships & Growth Specialist

The Agoda Ambassador program brings together creators, agencies, and Agoda teams to grow the business through authentic, performance-led content. The program operates across two verticals: Activities and Accommodations. This global individual-contributor role will lead the Activities vertical end to end, from creator acquisition and activation through agency partnerships, content growth, business strategy, and performance management. The role will also lead the engagement vertical across both Activities and Accommodations, own the program’s cross-vertical automation agenda, and support broader Accommodations priorities where required. Success requires a strong commercial mindset, operational discipline, analytical fluency, and the ability to influence creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
