Oxford Instruments, Imaging and Analysis, EM Sales, Tokyo seeks an Inside Sales professional for the Tokyo headquarters. Location: Tokyo, Japan. Work hours: 9:00-17:30 with flexible hours and no core time; standard 7.5 hours. Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, preparing quotes for electron microscope analytical instruments, CRM management, order processing, preparing sales documents, shipping management from the factory, inventory control for demos and sales props, creating and maintaining promotional materials, and planning/executing conferences, exhibitions and lectures. Requirements: four-year university degree or higher; experience in inside sales or sales (required); experience in microscopy or analytical instruments (preferred); marketing experience (preferred); English ability with TOEIC >650 desirable; PC skills (Word, Excel) required; strong communication and coordination skills; team player with goal orientation. Benefits include social insurance, retirement schemes, training support, and remote work up to four days per month. Salary: theoretical annual income ¥5,000,000–¥7,000,000, monthly base ¥360,000–¥500,000, with bonus and annual raise.
