We are looking for an active, organized, and engaged restaurant shift manager for two locations in Sodankylä, in the heart of Lapland! The locations are Hotel Karhu & the renovated Hotel Sodankylä. We have 2 breakfast restaurants, buffet/carte restaurant, event spaces, conference rooms, and meeting facilities that can be arranged even in our Almessa (Spa & Wellness 4th floor). During the winter season, we offer impressive and tasty buffet meals and catering menus. We can quickly change the decor for different themes, and customer wishes are listened to with an open heart to ensure successful events. Our customers include international Lapland travelers, hotel guests, and local visitors. The shift manager works during their shift, assists the supervisor in managing the location, and takes over in their absence (ordering supplies, inventory tracking, invis-, recipe management, pricing, instructions, general cleanliness and order, Peerâ rules management/monitoring, shift planning support, etc.) At the location, the entire staff works with an uncompromising Peerâ Perkele attitude, aiming for the goal. No half-finished work, no betrayal of colleagues, and personal life management ensures a steady pace for everyone. Smiles come naturally, and customer service is a matter of pride for us.
