What you’ll be doing: Own ML projects end-to-end; Build agentic LLM systems; Treat evaluation as core engineering; Improve model quality; Work across the full AI stack; Partner with Product, Clinical, and Engineering; Mentor engineers. What you need to have: Production ML experience; LLM in production; Strong evaluation framework; Clear communication.
