As a Modern Workplace Consultant at Atea, you will serve as a key person in customer projects. Your main task is to identify the current practices of clients' work communities and future development opportunities, and to build effective technical solutions based on these insights. You will have the opportunity to do meaningful work by helping modernize organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector. Your workday will involve designing, developing, and implementing innovative modern work solutions. The core tools include the hottest technologies in the field: you will heavily utilize Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies. You will not only build solutions but also support clients' digital leap by training and guiding them in using new tools. You can work in a hybrid model from either Vantaa or Lahti office, combining flexible weekly on-site and remote work. Initially, you will be employed as a consultant at Academic Work with the possibility of later becoming a permanent employee directly at Atea. Your tasks include - Training and coaching clients in the smooth deployment and utilization of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions (such as Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate). - Supporting change management and promoting Copilot adoption and extensive deployment of automation solutions for clients in the public and private sectors. - Guiding and supporting clients in implementing governance models for Copilot and Power Platform (security, manageability, scalability, compliance), ensuring data security, manageability, and best practices. - Leading AI and automation projects in close collaboration with clients’ business and technical experts, acting as a bridge between technology and people. - Planning, applying, and organizing training programs for clients. We are looking for - Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions (Copilot Studio / AI Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) - Experience in deploying and training Copilot as a consultant or in-house role in the public and/or private sector - Understanding of governance models for Copilot and Power Platform (security, manageability, scalability, compliance) - Fluent Finnish and English language skills Additional points include relevant certifications (e.g., PL600 Solution Architect Expert or other Power Platform and AI certifications), which can also be obtained through Atea to deepen your expertise. Furthermore, you should identify with the following qualities: - Customer-oriented and solution-focused: passionate about solving clients’ business challenges. You are a convincing and natural communicator who can explain complex technical Microsoft environment solutions understandably. - Proactive team player: confidently advancing projects independently but also understanding the power of teamwork. - Curious and adaptable: the Microsoft technology ecosystem develops rapidly, so curiosity and a strong desire to learn new things are your assets. You adapt quickly to changing situations and see new technologies as opportunities for professional growth. Additional information: The selected person may be subject to a basic security clearance depending on the needs of customer projects.
