FP&A-päällikkö

This is a leadership FP&A role based remotely in the US Eastern time zone. The Manager, FP&A will lead a small team responsible for internal and external reporting, corporate planning cadence, and a performance management system to drive growth and margin. The role reports to the VP of Finance and Strategy and collaborates with CFO and department heads. Responsibilities include owning the operating plan (AOP), managing close calendars and processes, developing and mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality financial materials for boards and investors. Qualifications include 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, experience with monthly closes, board materials, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite. Skills include advanced Excel, data modeling, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
