CNC machinist for a serious and reputable machine shop in Parainen. We are now seeking an experienced CNC machinist for a permanent position in our client company, known as a specialist in heavy steel structures and with a modern machine fleet. The company is financially very stable and respected, carrying out demanding contract manufacturing projects for international markets. Its strength lies in its ability to manage large assemblies and produce massive parts that few machine shops handle. In this role you will join an experienced team that values professionalism and precision. You will work on medium-heavy and heavy component machining. Your duties include CNC milling, threading and drilling, independently operating Siemens-controlled machines and setting changes, programming and modifications (Siemens), as well as quality assurance and documentation of work steps. The job is two-shift. We expect you to have several years of strong CNC machining experience (particularly milling), to master Siemens programming, and to hold a CNC turning/machining basic qualification. You should be meticulous, able to work independently from drawings, and understand the importance of quality in heavy machining.
