Arctic Career is looking for an experienced Bartender to join a brand-new restaurant opening at SkyView Igloo Resort in Ollerovaara, Rovaniemi. This is not just another seasonal job – it is an opportunity to be part of building something exceptional from the very beginning. The new team will work together with renowned Finnish chef Tomi Björck to create a restaurant experience built around pure northern ingredients and a carefully designed, memorable guest experience. As a Bartender, you will play an important role in building the restaurant's beverage culture and overall guest experience. We are looking for someone with strong professional skills, an eye for quality and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences. What do we expect from you? Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in an À la carte restaurant environment; strong knowledge of beverages, wines and cocktails; a natural sales-oriented and guest-focused approach to service; confidence in serving international guests in English; excellent attention to detail; proactive, professional and positive attitude; motivation to contribute to development of a brand-new restaurant and its beverage concept.
