Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join AssemblyAI’s Success team. You will onboard new customers, help them realize their product vision, and explore leading-edge use cases within voice AI. You will work directly with customers to integrate our voice AI models into current and future product features, plan and execute on customers’ needs, and ensure customers are on the right plan and commercial agreement. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Engineering, Research, and Product to drive product roadmap based on customer feedback. Responsibilities include serving as primary point of contact for customers, evaluating use cases, managing a portfolio of technical customers, leading commercial and project meetings, driving API usage growth, building strong customer connections, and acting as a customer advocate. What You’ll Need: 4+ years of experience in roles such as technical account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant. Proficiency with SQL, Python, React and web development frameworks; familiarity with AI/ML tools is a plus. Passion for AI, ability to identify opportunities for voice AI integration, willingness to wear many hats (engineering, product, account management, support), and ability to manage multiple projects with ownership. High energy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
