AI Controls Solutions Engineer at Phaidra is a hands-on role responsible for operationalizing and scaling AI-powered control solutions for enterprise data center customers. The role involves working with TPMs and Data Scientists to put AI into production, modeling facilities for ingestion by product lines, configuring products to meet facility and customer requirements, and leading deployment and support of multiple solutions. You will translate customer needs into documentation for the software team, identify product requirements with the product team, and ensure scalable tooling across thousands of customers. You will provide ongoing support, resolve onboarding or support tickets, analyze performance, and manage risk. You will be a domain SME across initiatives, including platinum customer support and collaboration with sales and marketing. Travel up to 25%.
