Danfoss Editron specializes in hybrid and electric powertrain systems for off-highway, marine, and specialty vehicles, developing high-performance power systems for heavy-duty machines, vehicles, and marine vessels. The role involves overseeing the product lifecycle of Power Electronics, conducting market research, defining strategies, collaborating across functions, and engaging OEM customers. The position is based in Finland with some European travel. Requirements include a Master’s in Engineering (Power Electronics), experience in electrification, knowledge of inverter topologies, control algorithms, semiconductor devices, and excellent communication skills.
