You guide each customer through an immersive, modern, and personalized process. Welcome, listen, and advise customers in a premium and sleek environment. Create a true brand experience: vehicle discovery, test drives, digital configuration. Support the customer at every step, from the first meeting to delivery. Develop a durable and qualitative relationship with your client portfolio. Actively participate in the launch and development of POLESTAR in your sector. Promote associated services: financing, insurance, trade-in, accessories, maintenance. We are looking for a sales professional capable of combining excellent relational skills, advice, and a passion for innovation. Your experience: successful in car sales (preferably premium, electric, or innovative). Mastery of sales techniques and high-end customer relations. Sensitivity to new technologies and electric mobility. Comfort with digital tools. Your soft skills: excellent presentation and service sense. Listening, curiosity, and ability to inspire trust.
