Role We are looking for an ambitious, sharp, and execution-minded Product Marketing Lead to help build, define, and scale the future of AI Care across the Payor ecosystem, including Health Plans, Public Sector/Government entities, and Labor & Unions. There has truly never been a better time to be a product marketer at Sword. We are actively launching category-defining products, expanding our platform capabilities, and completely redefining how care is delivered at population scale. In this role, you will be the primary GTM strategist and storytelling engine for our Payor business, taking a breakthrough AI platform narrative and turning it into hyper-resonant, high-converting commercial realities for health plan executives, medical directors, public sector procurement, and union trustees.
