Would you like to be involved in developing customer service for children, youth, and families at HUS? We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for the unit of Children's and Youth Diseases at HUS for a permanent position. The role emphasizes customer orientation, developing smooth operational models, and collaboration with various stakeholders within HUS, as well as with third sector organizations and other healthcare providers. The responsibilities also include organizing national and international visits and coordinating various events. The position requires professional knowledge of children's healthcare and the ability to manage broad entities. Key skills include good cooperation, communication, and information-gathering skills, sufficient language proficiency, presentation skills, and familiarity with the Finnish healthcare system. The pediatric specialized care area is extensive and covers all pediatric specialties. We are committed to continuous development and systematic quality work. The salary is based on the HYVTES agreement, with a base salary of 4458.65 euros per month. Possible experience-based supplements are also paid. The start date is August 1, 2026, or as agreed. Qualifications for the position include a suitable higher education degree with relevant experience or a suitable secondary education with relevant experience. Language requirements include good spoken and written Finnish and satisfactory spoken and written Swedish, or good spoken and written Swedish and satisfactory Finnish. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required by the Criminal Records Act (770/1993), section 6, subsection 2, for working with children.
