Qatar-Finland International School is now looking for aSpanish Teacher (Primary and Middle School). Job description - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons to students - Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners - Develop relevant instructional materials, resources, and activities to support learning and teaching - Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning - Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a respectful and disciplined atmosphere - Consult and cooperate with the schools counselling team to identify students academic, social, and emotional needs - Assess students progress regularly while maintaining open channels for constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance - Collaborate with special education needs teachers to support students with diverse learning requirements - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students academic progress, behaviour, and overall wellbeing - Organise and participate in Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences and other school-related events - Contribute to the development and implementation of the schools curriculum - Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the best practices in teaching and educational advancements - Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt teaching methods to respect and celebrate the cultural diversity of students - Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and administrators to create a collaborative and supportive school environment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students attendance, grades, and other relevant information - Adhere to the professional code of ethics for educators, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and ethical practices in teaching - All other duties allocated by ones supervisor
