Learn more at www.getpliant.com ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to join our People Operations team, starting immediately. In this role, you will support our HR administration and processes, gaining hands-on insight into day-to-day HR operations while helping us make our internal processes more efficient and streamlined. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Support the day-to-day operations of our People Operations team across the full employee lifecycle - Help maintain and continuously improve our HR processes and tools, in particular BambooHR, including employer master data - Support onboarding and off-boarding processes and help draft HR documents such as contracts, certificates and other correspondence - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, manage requests via our People Ticketing System and support HR reporting and data analysis WHAT YOU WILL BRING - Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Human Resources, Business or a related field - Prior practical experience in HR is a plus, but not required - Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus - Experience with BambooHR is a plus, but not a requirement - Confident use of standard MS Office applications (especially Excel) - Diligent, structured, and discreet approach when handling sensitive data - Strong sense of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER - The opportunity to gain in-depth insight into operational HR work within a growing team with real responsibility - Flat hierarchies and transparent communication in a relaxed, professional atmosphere - The chance to develop your talent within a dynamic team with ambitious goals - Monthly mobility benefit - Wellhub membership - Company card with a monthly allowance for lunches, coffee, etc. with co-workers Pliant is an equal opportunity employer.
