Finance Consultant / Advisor, Entrepreneurial Model - Build Your Role in Business Financing Our recruitment process can be found at: https://www.financialservicesgroup.fi/rekry Business financing is not just about applications and approvals. It involves understanding, timing, and constructing the right solution for the client. FSG Financial Services Group is developing a new operational model for SME financing under the Trusty Finance brand. We combine customer understanding, data, and technology to help Finnish SMEs obtain the necessary funding faster and on better terms. Our founding team has over 95 years of combined experience in finance, asset management, and technology. We are now seeking independent entrepreneurs to join customer work within the Trusty Finance Broker service. This is not an employment relationship but an entrepreneurial collaboration where your role, responsibilities, and earnings depend on the quality of your work and results. You will work with SMEs and often be their first contact with Trusty Finance Broker. Your tasks include: - Contactting companies and initiating discussions about their situation - Preliminary assessment of financing needs and business - Guiding clients to the Trusty Finance Broker intermediary service - Supporting clients during the process and progressing it The core of the role is not product sales but understanding the client's situation and identifying the right route. Trusty Finance Broker is free for business clients, lowering the threshold for initiating discussions. - Your operational approach is based on a clear and repeatable process: - Initiate a discussion with an SME and preliminarily assess their situation - Recognize when Trusty Finance Broker responds to the client's financing need - Guide the client to perform a financing analysis in the Trusty Finance Broker intermediary service - Support the client during the process and ensure progress The actual financing analysis and development of options occur within the Trusty Finance Broker service. Your task is to identify the right moment, build trust, and motivate the client to start the process. This makes your work straightforward and scalable, allowing you to focus on customer contact and trust-building while the analysis and competition are handled in the service. This opportunity is suitable if: - You enjoy customer work and can build trust - You are proactive and able to work independently - You are interested in business, finance, or consulting work - You want to influence your work and earnings Your background could be in B2B sales, working with corporate clients, finance, banking, financial administration, or other roles involving client interaction. Previous experience is helpful but the right attitude, ability to learn, and motivation to move things forward are most important. Collaboration model: This is an entrepreneurial collaboration, not employment. You can operate through your own company, as a light entrepreneur, or establish a company at startup. A business ID (Y-tunnus) is a prerequisite for collaboration. Earnings: Earnings are based on successful financing solutions. When a client proceeds through the Trusty Finance Broker and financing is realized, a commission is generated. The focus is not on the number of meetings but on work quality and results. Active work level aims for approximately 2,000 - 10,000 euros per month. Experienced and systematic performers can exceed 10,000 euros per month. There is no cap on earnings; it scales with success.
