Are you passionate about makeup and cosmetics? We are looking for a cheerful and motivated sales assistant for our Normal store. We offer a permanent contract. As a sales associate you play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience, working with our exciting products, and keeping the store well-maintained and tidy. Responsibilities include: prioritising customers so they feel welcome and return; ensuring the cosmetics department is always in top condition; maintaining a high standard of store presentation; customer service and shelf replenishment; opening and closing the store; serving at the cash register. Requirements include: experience in retail in a fast-paced environment; makeup is your passion; you are interested in store operations, commercially minded, and customer-first; you work independently and efficiently; customer service in Finnish (Finnish language skill) with appreciation for English/Swedish; you are not afraid of work and have an eye for detail; you are a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere; serving customers in Finnish (B1 level) – we welcome other language skills as well.
