Construction Cost Lead

Neko Health is redefining prevention by delivering data-driven, preventative care. In this role you will lead commercial management of the construction program across US markets, responsible for cost planning, procurement, and commercial governance of the build-out of a high-precision healthcare experience. This position is based in New York, with 3-4 days per week in the office and regular travel across sites in the US. What Success Looks Like includes establishing a US cost benchmarking database, owning end-to-end cost management, developing cost plans and reports, conducting site visits, supporting design with cost input, leading contracts administration, and tracking KPIs. The role requires 10+ years of experience and proficiency with US cost methodologies and contract forms.
