Tehtävänkuvaus

At Verda, we're building a fully featured European AI cloud, covering everything needed to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale. We are a full-stack AI infrastructure company, meaning we design, operate, and optimize the compute powering modern AI workloads across training and inference. Our infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy, helping build a more sustainable AI ecosystem. Join Verda while it’s still being built - not once it’s finished. We're looking for a Strategic Accounts Director to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of our most important named customers. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has deep experience managing complex, high-value enterprise relationships and knows how to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You’ll act as the primary commercial lead for a set of strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with executives and technical decision-makers, identifying opportunities to expand adoption, and leading complex negotiations across commercial, technical, and legal lines. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure our largest customers get the infrastructure and support they need to scale. Responsibilities include owning and growing a portfolio of named AI and hyperscale customers, developing and executing account strategies, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, leading complex negotiations, identifying new opportunities, partnering with internal teams, coordinating executive engagement, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts, and representing customer voice internally. Qualifications include 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic account management experience, existing relationships with leading AI-native companies or hyperscalers, technical understanding of AI infrastructure, success managing large strategic accounts, and experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth environments and collaborating with executive leadership. Practicalities: Location: San Francisco, US; Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office; Employment type: Full-time permanent; Salary: $200,000+ base salary depending on experience plus commission.
