Senior Accountant

Mission: Neko is redefining prevention by making data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people. Role Purpose: We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to own general ledger accounting for the management company and support the full accounting cycle, from journal entries through financial statement preparation. What you’ll do in the first 6-12 months: Perform general ledger accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; support multi-entity consolidation with intercompany eliminations; handle day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR/expenses); support month-end and year-end close; maintain bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows; support external audits and tax filings; maintain accounting policies and internal controls; collaborate with Finance/HR/Operations; identify opportunities to streamline processes. Minimum requirements: Advanced degree in Accounting/Finance; 4–6 years in corporate or management company accounting; experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting; strong accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting; proficiency in Business Central and advanced Excel; curious and collaborative; CPA preferred.
