Handling transactions: negotiations between buyers and sellers, processing offers, drafting contracts, and organizing closing events. Maintaining customer relationships: identifying client needs and building long-term trust. Marketing and visibility: promoting properties through digital channels, social media, and other media. Administrative tasks: ordering documents, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal brokerage activities. Market monitoring: following real estate market and regional price trends, and assessing pricing. Skills and qualities Education in real estate or certification as LKV/LVV is an advantage. Good negotiation and communication skills, ability to work under pressure. Customer service orientation, initiative, and organizational skills. Ability to utilize modern sales and marketing digital tools. Knowledge of the local area and interest in market changes. Work nature The work is independent and goal-oriented, with flexible schedules according to client needs. Showings and meetings are often held in the evenings and on weekends. Income for a real estate agent is commission-based, depending on sales results. Success in the job requires initiative and activity.
