Test Lead

Do you recognize situations where testing is expected to provide more assurance rather than guidance? As a Test Lead, you will make testing a more active part of project progress in D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) environment. Your work will be visible both as quality assurance and in how we develop our operations as a supplier towards the customer. The role focuses on the overall testing process. You will operate across different interfaces, ensuring testing supports both solution quality and business readiness for deployment. You will lead the entire testing process from start to finish: define the direction, structure, and ensure controlled progress; coordinate testing with business, developers, integration specialists, and maintenance teams; manage defect lifecycle from prioritization to tracking; ensure prerequisites like test data and environments are functional; monitor progress, coverage, and quality metrics, and keep the project team and management informed. Success in this role means critical business processes are comprehensively tested, defects are identified early, and the business trusts testing and the solution withstands use without major surprises. You should have experience in testing business systems and understanding what D365 F&SCM environment practically requires. You have led testing projects or teams and are responsible for testing strategy implementation. Skills that make you excel include understanding D365 F&SCM processes and integrations, experience with ERP testing tools (e.g., RSAT, Azure DevOps, Leapwork), leading testing projects, developing testing methods, and utilizing automation to support agile delivery and scalable maintenance. You possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, leading project teams, prioritizing tasks, and communicating clearly in Finnish and English.
