Graduate Program – Application Consulting

The Kyndryl Graduate Program offers an immersive two-year learning track designed to build core business and consulting skills while working on projects for flagship clients. The program includes rotation, shadowing and specialization opportunities, with a path to either Delivery or Go to Market roles based on potential. The role focuses on software engineering, contributing to the design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable distributed software. You will work with software engineers, architects, product managers and partner teams through the agile lifecycle, groom features and user stories, identify risks, and drive technical debt clearance and currency of third-party components. You will also coach and mentor engineers to design secure, reliable software in a scalable architecture. The program emphasizes hybrid-friendly culture, Be Well wellbeing initiatives and opportunities to certify on major platforms. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, and/or Master Certified Technical Specialist.
